For those clients with private insurance plans, you may be eligible to receive full or partial reimbursement for your custom orthotics. Please check with your insurance provider before making your appointment with Orthotics East. Most insurance companies require your doctor’s prescription to specifically state “custom orthotics” in addition to a medical diagnosis. We will provide you with all other documentation, i.e. your payment receipt, Gait Analysis and Biomechanical Assessment, as well as casting method, materials used, and lab instructions. Please note that direct billing for custom orthotics is only possible through select insurance plans. Please contact us for the details.
